Job summary

Stonebridge in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Server Assistant (Barback) to support bartenders by keeping a clean and fully stocked bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service. This role includes replenishing supplies, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar organized to enhance guest satisfaction.

You will replenish bar supplies, maintain ice bins, assist during peak hours, and help with setup and breakdown while staying attentive to inventory and guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.
• Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift.
• Ensure all beverage storage areas are well-organized and properly stocked.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
• Respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service.
