Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Montgomery, TX is seeking a part-time Barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized.

You will replenish supplies, prepare garnishes, stock ice bins, assist with beverage preparation during peak hours, and help set up and break down the bar.

This role requires prior bar or restaurant experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.
• Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
