Responsibilities

• Provide service to Bartenders, Beverage Runners and Guests promptly.
• Assist bartenders with taking guest orders and ensuring correct products are served.
• Be in uniform for all shifts at scheduled times.
• Polish and wash glassware throughout the shift.
• Prepare all mixes and garnishes.
• Maintain rotation of liquor, beer, wine and consumables.
• Keep bar top and back bar clean and organized.
• Clean spills and waste immediately; sweep and mop as needed.
• Support setup and maintenance of events or banquets.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and product.
• Ensure stock levels and requisitions are completed; report shortages.
