Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, towels, and glassware for Bartenders.
• Keeping bar well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Checking taps and appliances, making minor repairs or changing kegs as needed.
• Maintaining bar cleanliness; cleaning surfaces, floors, storage areas, and disposing of trash.
• Learning menu items and cocktail recipes.
