Job summary

Puttshack Philadelphia is hiring a Barback to support our bartenders and keep the bar, dining room, and service areas clean and stocked. You will help deliver a world-class guest experience by clearing the bar, preparing glassware, and restocking essentials while maintaining a fast, friendly pace.

Our venues operate 7 days a week from 11am to 1am, with flexible, variable schedules ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality experience required.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and various spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pace that keeps up with guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware and bar supplies.
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and garnishes.
• Clean spills and keep bar areas tidy per sanitation guidelines.
• Follow all policies and be a team player.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
