• Cleaning & Sanitation (Dishwasher): Ensure a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware and utensils and keep dish pit area tidy.
• Operational Readiness: Assist with breakdown and setup of bar and kitchen areas before and after service; maintain overall cleanliness.
