Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback to support bartenders by stocking, cleaning, and preparing beverages, ensuring equipment is ready and inventory is well managed.

You will maintain bar supplies, wash glassware, stock fridges, and help prepare items for drink prep while upholding health and safety standards. This role involves night/weekend shifts and requires licensing eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender.
• Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly.
• Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs.
• Replenish ice at the bar.
• Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment.
• Prepare food items for drink preparation.
• Manage trash pickup and disposal.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Review procedures to improve service and safety.
