Position Summary

Support the efficient operations of multiple bars, casino floor drink stations, and restaurants. Assist bartenders and beverage servers in delivering exceptional service to guests by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations. Provide the bar and/or casino floor drink station areas with supplies and assist bartenders and/or beverage servers upon request.

Bars/Restaurants: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check equipment (ice machine, refrigerator, chillers, glass washers, draft system) and report problems.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils according to safety procedures.
  • Clean bar equipment and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, fruit, ice, cups, napkins, and glassware.
  • Stock refrigerating units using FIFO rotation, replace empty kegs safely, and prepare garnishes.
  • Inform supervisor of additional product needs.
  • Wash glasses, clean bar tops and counters, polish fixtures, mop floors, and remove trash.
  • Complete computer-assisted training timely.
  • Maintain tables by removing empty glassware and clearing after guests depart.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings; discuss specials, service issues, and promotions.
  • Ensure all product is properly stored and secured.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service, including checking IDs and refusing service to impaired patrons.
  • Serve food items as required.
  • Complete incident documentation and temperature logs daily.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cash registers and venue.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Casino Floor: Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, replenishing supplies, stocking products, participating in meetings, completing logs, and assisting with duties as needed.

Additional Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing drinks accurately, and presenting drinks to guests or servers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be shared and discussed during performance reviews.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include equipment operation, customer service, physical strength, responsible alcohol service, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and safety awareness.

Requirements include being at least 21 years old, having 6 months of food/beverage experience, and obtaining necessary licenses and passing background checks. Physical requirements include lifting up to 150 lbs, standing, walking, and other physical activities.

Work conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments, temperature extremes, and variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
