WE LOVE OUR WORK.

SUMMARY: Stock bars, banquets, private events, and liquor room with all beverages and paper goods. Maintain the cleanliness of bars, beer coolers, and liquor room.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars and server areas.
  • Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars: filling ice bins, etc.
  • Stock bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine beer, drink mixes, soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars.
  • Stock liquor room with all supplies including beverages and dry goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: Sweep, mop, take out trash.
  • Make change for all orders.
  • Know information regarding all Food & Beverage Outlets to have the ability to inform guest when they ask.
  • Assist with setting up for banquets and private functions: stock beverages and paper products.
  • Provide positive communication and use ACES Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • May be required to perform duties at the Lawrenceburg Event Center (LEC).
  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school education or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.

Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

REASONING ABILITY:

Should be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Team member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
