Job summary

The Food Hall Co. is seeking a barback to support bartenders and ensure smooth shift operations at our Plano, TX venues. You will maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, assist guests, and help with opening/closing duties while complying with health and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have at least one year in hospitality, strong English, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Knowledge of recipes for juices and cocktails is a plus, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant and bar experience.
• Energetic and guest-focused demeanor.
• English reading/speaking required; Spanish a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain Food Handler and State Alcohol Serving certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist bartenders with service.
• Arrive on time and ready to work; wear proper uniform.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and stocked with liquor, beer, ice, wine, and glassware.
• Label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepared items.
