Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service or restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge guests during barback duties.
• Check stock with storeroom staff and re-check items with bartender.
• Prepare garnishes and juices; store back-ups properly.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas.
• Scoop ice and replenish containers as needed.
• Box and save empty liquor bottles for returns and requisitions.
• Transport and replace taps and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
