Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Server Assistant to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized during busy shifts. You will replenish supplies, prepare garnishes, assist with beverage prep, and help set up and break down the bar, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced hospitality team.

The role requires prior bar/restaurant experience, the ability to multitask, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and sanitize surfaces, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.
• Remove trash and dispose of bottles as needed during the shift.
• Ensure beverage storage areas are organized and properly stocked.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
• Respond promptly to bartender requests to ensure uninterrupted service.
