Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with daily bar setup, service, and closing procedures.
• Maintain adequate stock of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
• Replenish products to prevent interruptions during service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization; restock glassware as needed.
• Support bartenders during high-volume periods to ensure timely service.
• Follow hotel procedures and brand standards.
