Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cleans bar and equipment and replenishes bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice, and dishes.
• Assists bartender with bar setup, stocking, and cleanliness.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Stocks and restocks refrigerators with wines and bottled beer.
• Washes glasses and bar equipment; polishes fixtures.
• Mops floors and replaces empty kegs with full ones.
• Slices and pits fruit used to garnish drinks.
• Removes trash and keeps work area clean and organized.
• Assists with kitchen food orders and cross-training as needed.
• Stock bar stations to par and adhere to safety policies.
