ASH Hotels operates The Elysian Bar within Hotel Peter and Paul in New Orleans. We are seeking a Barback to support bartenders, maintain a clean bar, and assist with stock and prep to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Bar Support: Assist bartenders during service by restocking supplies, including glassware, ice, garnishes, and spirits.
• Clear and clean bar areas to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Retrieve and deliver drink orders promptly during busy periods.
