Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for a Bar Back at our West Chester location. You will support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver a fun, high-energy experience for Players and Playmakers.

Responsibilities

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant—because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment.

Physical Requirements:

Let’s be real—this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to do to thrive in this role:

• Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential!
• Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
