Topgolf Houston is hiring Bar Backs for hospitality-rich, high-energy environments. You'll support bartenders, keep bar stocked, and help ensure a fun, safe experience for players and Playmakers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bar Back

• Player Focus: You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be.
• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get popular is where you shine.
• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is simply a plus, NOT a must. We all must start somewhere!

What You Will Do in the Role

• Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players!
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat!
• Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences!
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying.
• Stand on your feet for most of the shift; a love of walking throughout your shift is required.
• Engage in a variety of physical activities from task to task; a can‑do attitude is essential.
• Endure long shifts or time‑consuming tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Must be at least the legal serving age and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
