What You Will Do In The Role

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep energy high and drinks flowing.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice, maintaining a clean, organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils, and collecting empty glasses and bottles.
• Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying.
• On your feet most of the day; love for walking throughout shift.
• Engagement in various physical activities; a can‑do attitude.
• Endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume environment.
• Must be of legal serving age and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
