Job summary

Sushi by Bou is opening a new location in Doral and is hiring a Barback to support beverage and front‑of‑house service. You will stock, restock and maintain the bar, assist with clearing and resetting between seatings, keep stations clean and follow sanitation guidelines. This role requires energy, urgency and a team‑oriented attitude.

Experience in upscale hospitality is preferred; availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is expected. Competitive hourly pay with tips.

Qualifications

• Previous barback or restaurant support experience in an upscale setting preferred.
• Familiarity with bar supplies and service procedures.
• Strong awareness, urgency and attention to detail.
• Dependable and responsive to team needs.
• Ability to remain active throughout each shift and safely lift and carry supplies.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Position Overview

The Barback supports beverage and front-of-house service by keeping the bar stocked, organized and ready throughout each seating. The ideal candidate works with urgency, notices what the team needs and takes pride in maintaining an efficient service environment.

Pay

$10.98 per hour plus tips.
