Voted a Top Workplace and Top Pizza nationally, Colony Grill is seeking a service-oriented and hardworking Barback. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will support efficient bar setup, maintenance, and overall service to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

Colony Grill is proud to be the Official Pizza of the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies. To support our growth, we are hiring additional staff for our locations in St. Pete and Tampa. You will also have opportunities to join our hospitality team during Tampa Bay Rowdies and Rays home games, including Yankees Spring Training at George Steinbrenner Field.

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and communication skills to deliver positive outcomes for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders and managers with efficient bar setup at the start and end of each shift.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all necessary items during service.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock supplies.
• Maintain a neat bar area, including cleaning and organizing all sections of the bar stations.
• Coordinate with managers, frontline team members, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, customer-focused personality.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry service items for extended periods.
• Ability to carry supplies (10-30 lbs.) and move heavier items (up to 50 lbs.).
