The Barback assists the bartender in keeping the bar clean and stocked at all times to ensure an enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Essential Functions

1. Keeps the bar area, including bar top, floor and storage areas, clean and free of debris, dirty glassware, plates, silverware and trash.
2. Takes trash containers and broken glass containers out when needed.
3. Interacts with all bar guests as well as dining room guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
4. Completes opening and closing side duties and checklists as assigned.
5. Ensures ice bins are always full.
6. Assists bartenders with slicing fruits and stocking garnishes.
7. Assists bartender with stocking juices, ice, alcohol, beer, wine, and any other product needed to properly and efficiently operate the bar.

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 18 years of age upon date of hire.
2. Experience preferred but not necessary.

General Physical Demands

1. Barbacks will regularly stand for long periods, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
