Job summary

Lola’s Waterfront Dining in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a reliable Barback to keep the bar stocked and running smoothly. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves being part of an energetic team.

You’ll assist bartenders, maintain bar cleanliness, restock kegs, and support opening and closing duties. Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required, and there is room to grow into a bartender position.

Qualifications

• Requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to move fast and stay organized in a high-volume setting.
• Team-first mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
• Assist bartenders during service to keep things flowing smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and clearing glassware
• Change kegs and restock coolers as needed
• Support opening and closing bar duties
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts
