Lola’s Waterfront Dining is a lively, high-energy restaurant on the marina seeking a reliable Barback who loves being part of the action and keeping the bar running smoothly.

If you’re organized, upbeat, and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great way to grow in hospitality and learn behind the bar.

Competenze

• Must be organized, upbeat, and thrive in a busy environment.
• Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
• Assist bartenders during service to keep things flowing smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and clearing glassware
• Change kegs and restock coolers as needed
• Support opening and closing bar duties
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts

If you’re organized, upbeat, and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great way to grow in hospitality and learn behind the bar.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
• Assist bartenders during service to keep things flowing smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and clearing glassware
• Change kegs and restock coolers as needed
• Support opening and closing bar duties
