Responsibilities

• Stock bar with beer, liquor, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Keep bar/service area clean and safe, wipe surfaces, clear trash, tidy stations.
• Wash, polish, and restock glassware to prevent shortages.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and setup/breakdown.
• Move and lift kegs and cases safely during restocking.

What You'll Do

• Keep bartenders stocked with beer, liquor, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout service so drinks can be made quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area, including wiping surfaces, clearing trash, and keeping floors and stations safe and tidy.
• Wash, polish, and restock glassware so the bar never runs low, even during peak rushes.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar for service and breaking down and restocking at the end of the night.
• Move and lift kegs, cases, and other bar supplies safely and efficiently as part of regular restocking.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred, especially in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
• Comfort lifting and moving kegs, cases, and other supplies on a regular basis.
• Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working late nights and weekends in a busy bar environment.
