Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain beverage stations and equipment according to Pennsylvania Department of Health Standards and Hollywood Casino standards to support profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance.
• Clean beverage areas in assigned restaurant and service bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare fruit garnishes.
• Manage liquor supplies, including receiving, issuing, and record-keeping.
• Serve as a backup bartender when needed.
• Promote excellent guest service continually.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Collaborate with team members across departments for smooth operations.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

• All necessary training will be provided.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret various instructions (written, oral, etc.).
• Qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board requirements.

The physical demands include:

• Walking approximately 40% of the time.
• Standing about 15% of the time.
• Bending and lifting about 45% of the time.
• Lifting/moving up to 70 lbs.

The work environment includes:

• A smoking environment in guest areas and a non-smoking environment in employee areas, except designated smoking zones.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• High noise levels.
