THE SMITH is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, and ensure smooth service. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Restock bar supplies, including changing kegs, replenishing syrups, and preparing garnishes.
• Wash and polish glassware as needed to maintain par levels.
• Anticipate the needs of the bar team and proactively assist during service.
• Uphold cleanliness standards by maintaining all bar areas throughout the shift.
• Complete end-of-night responsibilities, including removing trash, cleaning bar stools, and resetting the bar for the next service.
