The Smith in New York is seeking a Busser to support dining room service, reset tables, clearing, cleaning, and restocking to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will assist servers and help maintain a fast, friendly dining environment.

Responsabilités

• Reset and prepare tables quickly to support service flow.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and restock service areas.

• Collaborate with the Smith team to maintain hospitality standards.
• Uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements.
• Assist with opening/closing side work such as stocking and cleaning.

THE POSITION: BUSSER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently to support the flow of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service area
• Support servers and runners by assisting with water service, bread service, and general table maintenance
• Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to maintain pace and hospitality standards
• Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
• Assist with opening and closing side work, including stocking, polishing, and cleaning
