The Smith restaurant in New York is seeking a Bussier to support front-of-house service and help deliver a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include quick table resets, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and assisting servers with water and bread service.

You will work closely with the Smith team to uphold hospitality standards while ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of integrity, and excellent communication

Responsabilidades

• Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently to support the flow of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service area
• Support servers and runners by assisting with water service, bread service, and general table maintenance
• Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to maintain pace and hospitality standards
• Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
• Assist with opening and closing side work, including stocking, polishing, and cleaning
