We are looking for a hardworking, attentive Barback. You will be working alongside our team to ensure our guests receive outstanding service by maintaining and organizing the bar area to the restaurant's standards. By supporting our team, you will provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your Role With Us

• Set up the bar by being attentive to details, organizing and shelving wine, beer, and liquor, prepping juices, garnishes, and mixes, and ensuring the bar is meticulous.
• Stock glasses, napkins, and straws; replenish ice; assist the bartender with additional duties.
• Receive beverage deliveries and maintain storage areas.
• Remove trash and used glasses; wipe down the bar for new customers.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; clean glasses; restock bottles.
• Assist bartenders and team members with tasks throughout the shift.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a barback with interest in growing into roles like busser, server, or bartender.
• Personable, organized, diligent, with basic knowledge of bar operations.
• Team-oriented, hardworking, detail-focused.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Capable of providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
