Legends is seeking a Barback to support bartenders in the Concessions environment. This role involves stocking bar items, filling ice bins, and anticipating needs to ensure exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include keeping areas clean, reporting on time, following policy and procedure standards, and delivering prompt, quality service. Requires 2–3 years in a fast-paced bar/club/restaurant and ability to lift 10–50 pounds, plus 18+ age and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Able to work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Two to three years of work experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.

The Role:

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guests service specifically in the Concessions environment.

Responsibilities:

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guests service specifically in the Concessions environment.

• Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as needed
• Anticipate needs throughout the shift
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
• Report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time. Know your work area and set up as directed
• Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time

Qualifications:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
• Ability to work all events including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pilling for extended periods of time
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years of work experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
