Job summary

Legends Music, LLC is seeking a Barback to ensure exceptional guest service by providing supplies and items to the bartender in a Concessions environment. The ideal candidate will stock bar items, anticipate needs, and maintain cleanliness while working in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, basic knowledge of food and beverage service, and 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds and be available for flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Role

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and items to the bartender upon request to ensure exceptional guest service, specifically in the Concessions environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar items daily and refill ice bins as needed.
• Anticipate needs throughout the shift.
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized.
• Report timely to work and be prepared to start at the scheduled time.
• Know your work area and set up as directed.
• Abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Proficient in reading, speaking and writing English.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, involving constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and picking for extended periods.
• Two to three years of work experience in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club or restaurant.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, and complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
