Responsibilities

• Keep bartenders fully stocked and supported throughout service.

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar stations.
• Keep ice wells full and glassware clean and ready for service.
• Assist with cocktail prep, garnishes, and other daily bar prep.
• Run glassware, product, and supplies to the bar as needed.
• Clear and maintain the bar throughout the shift.
• Help receive, organize, and properly store beverage deliveries.
• Support bartenders during high-volume service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Anticipate what the bar team needs before they have to ask.

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented barbacks who take pride in keeping a busy craft cocktail bar stocked, organized, clean, and running smoothly. Our bar program is fast-paced and cocktail-forward, and our barbacks play a critical role in keeping service moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
