Zunzibar is seeking an experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join our cocktail-forward team in a fast-paced setting. You will craft classic and elevated cocktails, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, and deliver a polished, guest-first experience with strong product knowledge.

We value confident, hospitality-driven professionals who can move quickly while staying organized and personable during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a craft cocktail bar, upscale restaurant, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar fundamentals.
• Professional, confident, and personable presence.
• A natural host who enjoys engaging with guests.
• Ability to move with urgency while staying clean and organized.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

We're looking for confident, hospitality-driven bartenders who have a passion for craft cocktails, great service, and creating a memorable guest experience. Our bar program is cocktail-forward and fast-paced, with a focus on quality, consistency, fresh ingredients, and elevated execution.
