Friendly Confines Restaurants in Florida is seeking NEW barback team members to help keep the beer flowing and guests smiling.

You must be 21+, able to work late weekends, lift up to 120 pounds for kegs, and have reliable transport. Weekends offer two bars, so earnings with tips can be strong.

Pay is $10.98 per hour plus tips; shifts are 2–3 per week to start, with paid weekly cash tips and a friendly team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Filling and rotating bottled and canned beers.
• Changing kegs and lifting up to 120 pounds, cleaning bar glassware, filling ice wells, taking out bar, restaurant and restroom trash.
• Restocking restroom towels and supplies.
• Sweeping and mopping the dining room and bar area at night.
• Assisting bartenders and servers with clearing tables and closing procedures.
• End of night clean-up and closing procedures.

Job description

A perfect first job or part-time gig for some extra cash. Must be 21 years old. Must be able to work until 2-3 am on weekends. We are looking for NEW employees, not looking to rehire previous barbacks.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for filling and rotating bottled and canned beers.
• Changing kegs (Must be able to lift about 120 pounds), cleaning bar glassware, filling ice wells, taking out bar, restaurant and restroom trash.
• Restocking restroom hand towels and supplies.
• The sweeping and mopping of the restaurant dining room and bar area at the end of the night.
• Helping the bartenders and servers with clearing tables, breakdown of parties and closing procedures.
• End of night sweep, mop, take out trash. Help with closing procedures.

Details:

• $10.98/hr plus tips - 2-3 SHIFTS PER WEEK AVERAGE TO START.
• Weekends & Nights we have two bars open so the money is really good.
• Must have reliable transportation and communication skills.
• Paid weekly with nightly cash tips.
• Must be able to operate the shift without using a cell phone, as you will mostly be face-to-face with guests, checking it every once in a while is fine.
