Job summary

Xtreme Action - MMA Sports Bar & American Grill in Denver, CO is seeking a detail-oriented barback dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will help clear bar surfaces quickly, assist with dish movement to the kitchen, and support setup, cleanup, and maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, customer-service oriented, and able to communicate professionally with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top.
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
• Perform tasks such as slicing fruit while maintaining health codes, stocking the bar, moving and lifting kegs.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
