Job summary

Pats Italian Restaurant is seeking a reliable Barback to join our busy team. You will help keep the bar stocked, clean, and presentable, including clearing plates and washing glassware.

Weekend and holiday shifts are mandatory, and you must be 18 or older to apply. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience as barback or similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Fill Ice Bins as needed.
• Run food from kitchen as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Barback will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including clearing plates from bar guest then cleaning after they leave, washing bar glassware in bar dishwasher, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. WEEKENDS and Holidays are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including sweeping
• Filling Ice Bins as needed
• Running food from kitchen as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD! No Exceptions
