Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and front-of-house staff. Responsibilities include maintaining bar inventory, transferring stock, cleaning and organizing the bar and storage areas, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

Must be 18+ and flexible for varied hours. Experience in a bar/restaurant environment is preferred with alcohol awareness training recommended. Candidates should possess strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to thrive in a
