Job summary

Peachtree Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and keep the bar stocked and clean. You will help maintain stock levels, prep garnishes, organize tools, and ensure a smooth guest experience during busy periods.

This role offers both part-time and full-time possibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll work closely with the bar team and other staff while upholding company standards and delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock the bar before each shift.
• Ensure adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar essentials.
• Cut and prepare fresh fruit and garnishes according to established standards.
• Organize bar tools, equipment, and supplies for efficient service.
• Assist bartenders in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly.
• Anticipate the needs of bartenders during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming attitude.
• Assist with guest requests within the responsibilities of the position
