Peachtree Group is hiring a Barback at our Dallas location to support bartenders and ensure a smooth, safe bar operation. The role involves stocking, prepping and maintaining a welcoming, efficient workspace to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

The Barback will keep the bar stocked, assist with guest requests, and uphold company standards. This position offers both part-time and full-time hours, with a focus on teamwork and hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock the bar before each shift.
• Ensure adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar essentials.
• Cut and prepare fresh fruit and garnishes according to established standards.
• Organize bar tools, equipment, and supplies for efficient service.
• Assist bartenders in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly.
• Anticipate the needs of bartenders during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming attitude.
• Assist with guest requests within the responsibilities of the position
