Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old per local laws.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication to coordinate with bartenders and team.
• Basic understanding of bar operations and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by washing glassware, cleaning spills, and disposing of trash promptly.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, filling ice bins, and setting up bar stations.
• Monitor and organize stockrooms and storage areas to keep track of inventory and report shortages.
• Support the bar team by running errands and helping with deliveries as needed.
• Interact with customers as tables are cleared to assist bartenders with future orders
