Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Barback to support bartenders by stocking, transporting and cleaning bar areas. You will assist with opening/closing tasks and help with reordering to meet guest needs. The role requires standing and walking and offers exposure to a fast-paced environment.

The position involves maintaining inventory, ensuring bar stock is ready, and upholding Aramark safety and sanitation standards while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills and the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, napkins, towels and glassware.
• Deliver products and maintain inventory using transfer sheets.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain workstations and guest service areas.
• Keep the bar stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer; check taps and replace kegs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and manage storage areas; empty trash.
• Provide excellent guest service with a positive demeanor.
• Follow Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation; safeguard company assets.
