Job summary

Maverick Gaming is hiring Cocktail Servers for Red Garter and Wendover Nugget in Nevada. You will provide prompt and friendly beverage service, act as a mobile cashier for drinks, and offer complimentary drinks to gambling guests. We’re accepting applicants for both Red Garter and Wendover Nugget.

The role requires a minimum of one year experience, being at least 21, ability to obtain a Bar Card, and knowledge of drink prices. Earn tips with a flexible schedule and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a beverage or service role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card.
• Knowledge of drink prices and basic bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guest in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all special promotions.
• Server and replenish beverages as requested.
• Continuously check on patrons and offer complimentary drinks to gambling guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and remove empty glasses/bottles.
• Comply with liquor regulations for service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Perform related duties as required.
