Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff professionally.
• Assist bar staff with filling ice wells and stocking liquor.
• Stock beer, wine, and cordials.
• Refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups.
• Cut fruit and garnishes; set up bar for shift.
• Empty bus tubs and prebus bar top; clean bar areas.
• Make batch cocktails and understand batch system for canister changes.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Operate juicers safely and meet pars.
• Follow directions from management and bartenders.
• Have knowledge of menu and answer guest questions about food/drinks.
• Obtain/update required certifications; setup/break down bar.
• Empty trash and wash dishes using bar machine.
