Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar area.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory including mixers and garnishes.
• Prepare garnishes according to established recipes.
• Monitor and manage the supply of ice.
• Provide support during service, including fetching items and clearing glasses.
• Follow safety and security policies.
