The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Barback for JW Marriott Reston Station, a luxury hotel in Reston, VA. You will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, keep the bar stocked and organized, and help with opening/closing duties to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and work collaboratively with the team.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs throughout shifts.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support bartender operations by restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware throughout service.
• Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and functioning efficiently.
• Maintain bar area, backbar, and storage areas clean and free of debris.
• Refill ice bins, beverage stations, and bar tools during service.
• Wash, cut, and stock garnishes and ensure bar tools are clean and available.
• Set up the bar for service and break down/clean post-service per closing checklists.
• Keep storage areas organized and follow lifting and safety procedures.
