Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Barback for JW Marriott Reston Station in Reston, VA. You will support bartenders, stock the bar, and maintain cleanliness to ensure smooth service in a luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware during service.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and functioning efficiently at all times.
• Maintain bar area, backbar, and storage areas clean and sanitary.
• Stock and replenish supplies, refill ice bins, and replace empty kegs.
• Prepare garnishes and bar tools; keep shakers, strainers, and openers clean.
• Assist with opening and closing duties; set up and break down the bar per checklists.
• Maintain organization and safety; adhere to lifting and handling procedures.
