Luminary Hotel & Co is seeking a Prep/Bar Back to support bartenders and ensure guests receive timely service. You will help with garnishes, stocking, and maintaining a clean bar area while upholding Luminary’s standards.

Responsibilities include assisting in food delivery to guests, sharing menu knowledge, and keeping inventory updated. Requires a HS diploma, 1+ year hospitality experience, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, equivalent, or higher.
• 1 year of restaurant or bar experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team player in hospitality setting.
• Ability to use technology (POS, tablets).
• Ability to work independently with ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner.
• Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes.
• Ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumables.
• Clean glasses, utensils, tools and bar equipment.
• Run food from kitchen to bar and bar area.
• Provide guests with menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation, prices.
• Maintain par levels for beer, wine, liquor, consumables.
• Assist in receiving and unloading bar items; stock properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, cooler, storage area.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Conhecimentos

High school diploma

Hospitality experience

Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor

Customer service experience

Strong communication

Team player in hospitality

Tech savvy (POS, tablets, iPads)

Independent with minimal supervision
