Job summary

Clive Collective in Tiburon, CA is seeking a Bar Back to support the Bartenders and maintain a fast, clean, and well-stocked bar. You will help with opening/closing, stocking garnishes, ice, glassware, and batching components, enabling smooth beverage execution and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Support Bartenders with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar
• Maintain the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, spirits, beer, and wine
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and batching components according to standards
• Keep surfaces clean, organized, and service-ready
• Assist with restocking wine and liquor and managing storage areas
• Handle trash, recycling, and upkeep of bar-related areas
• Assist with running beverages or food as needed to support restaurant flow
