Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC is seeking a Barback to ensure the bar is prepared and maintained for efficient service. You will stock, garnish, and restock bar areas, assist bartenders, and help deliver food to bar guests.

The role requires pleasant, professional conduct, teamwork, and knowledge of bar beverages and garnishes. You will support service operations while adhering to health and safety standards to ensure quality experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality or bar experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Knowledge of bar service and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with server to ensure communication about guests' wants and needs.
• Bus the bar and maintain mise-en-place.
• Stock and organize beverages, juices, mixers, and other bar supplies.
• Serve beverages and refill water for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and service stations.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the restaurant.
