Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 6 months of food & beverage experience.
• Prior experience as a Bartender or Barback.
• Banquet or catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink service items and assist bartenders as needed.
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar areas.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Stock bar items and replenish supplies as directed by management.
• Wash glassware and serving equipment; stock coolers.
• Welcome guests and provide hospitality in line with policy.
• Attend mandatory meetings, trainings, and seminars.
• Ensure a clean, organized bar area and teamwork with staff.
